This new 350m² two-store villa built on Mavrikiano hillside is located on plot of 6000m2 offering privacy and tranquility surrounded by lush gardens. The upper floor comprises of four gracefully designed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen whilst the ground floor comprises of two more bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room area with a bar, a modern gym room with WC, a cozy home cinema and an outdoor infinity heated pool surrounded by lush garden.
